Support Information:
Dedicated Business Support Team (BST) can be reached during business hours to provide information related to billing, credit top-up, password resets, and use of website and account settings. The agents will be able to escalate any technical enquires that require developer input to resolve.
After-hours Support Team will provide necessary assistance to aid with AddressComplete Dashboard log-in and password reset.
